One might find it odd that a senator from a state that boasts 200,614 jobs in the arts received an F grade on her report card. From 2007-2009, North Texas alone contributed more than $3.05 billion to the region’s economy. They say everything is bigger in Texas, and while the economic impact of the arts in the state is huge, Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison's support isn't - earning her an F on her arts report card.
