Dear Arts Action Fund Members in California,
We’re in the home stretch of the 2022 elections, culminating on Tuesday, November 8th. Many of you, who were pre-registered to vote, have already returned your completed Vote-By-Mail-Ballot.
Among the important statewide ballot initiatives this year is Prop 28 that would guarantee approximately $1 billion for arts and music education in public schools across the state. If you have family, friends, and colleagues who have not voted yet or not even registered to vote yet, it’s not too late. Please encourage them to make their vote count and be an ArtsVote champion by voting YES on Prop 28.
Did you know that you can still do same day registration to vote in-person at your County Elections Office or your local Vote Center between now and Election Day, November 8, 2022? Additional details on four easy steps to make your vote count are in our California State Voter Factsheet.
Be on the lookout for our upcoming free webinar on the Election Impact on the Arts on Monday, November 21st @ 12:00pm – 1:30pm PT.
Thank you for being an ArtsVote Champion!
